I can not recommend Jake and his team highly enough. From day one to the last day they were exemplary in every way. It’s not just the way they go about the job it’s all the other stuff like recommending architects, kitchen designers work top suppliers and door suppliers. All the trades he uses electricians, plumbers and kitchen fitters are top quality tradesmen. You hear many tales of cowboy builders I would say use Ausum it will dispel all your worries. My only regret is that I did not go to Jake from the onset a lesson learnt.

Fantastic Company, put my very stereotypical view of bodge builder to rest, very friendly staff with such high standards, they weren't the cheapest but certainly the end product showed why, thank you very much Jake & Team.
